Processing Times

All our cards and wrapping paper orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and all other items within 3-5 business days

Please note orders are not dispatched on Bank Holidays or weekends

Delivery

We offer a range of delivery options, available at checkout, to addresses within the UK only

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order

All orders will be shipped to the address provided - please double check to ensure that this is correct.

If you have chosen delivery by a RM Tracked service you can track your order's progress this via the link in your shipping email

Royal Mail's delivery aim for Tracked 24 is 1-2 working days and for Tracked 48 2-4 working days from the day of dispatch

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue
